Visitors come for warm geothermal bathing in purpose-built pools fed from the Olkaria field, plus the chance to sit in a quiet corner of the park after a dusty cycle or drive. This is geothermal swimming in a managed spa, not an unmanaged spring you find on the trail.
KenGen places the spa inside Hell’s Gate National Park, on the floor of the Rift, about 35 km from Naivasha town along Moi South Lake Road. You enter the park first. The spa is not a roadside pool on the lake circuit.

KenGen describes cascading geothermal ponds: hotter receiving basins that are not for bathing, and a larger pool kept in a comfortable warm range for swimming and sitting.
